Oven Succotash |
|
Put 1 box each of Fordhook limas & Cut Corn in a 2 qt casserole dish.
Add: 3 Tbsp. butter 1/4 c. Water 1/2 t. salt 1/8 pepper
Cover & Bake 375 degrees, 1 1/4 hours. Stir before serving. 6 servings. |

Baked Broccoli |
|
Put 2 boxes frozen spears in a 2 qt casserole dish.
add: 2 Tbsp. Butter 1/2 tsp Salt
Cover & Bake 350 degrees - 45 minutes. 6 servings |

Baked Carrots |
|
Clean 1 lb carrots & halve or quarter.
Put in a 1 qt casserole dish and sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Dot with 2 Tbsp. butter. Cover & Bake 325 degrees. 1 1/4 hours. Makes 4 servings. |

Baked Noodles & Spinach |
|
Put 5 c. Spinach noodles in a 2 qt. casserole dish.
Add: 1/4 c. Butter 1 1/4 tsp. Salt 4 c. boiling water
Stir well with fork, cover & bake 325 for 1 hr. |

Creamed Spinach |
|
Buy frozen creamed spinach. Serve with sieved hard-cooked egg on top. hahaha (really was in the recipes) |
