½ pound noodles (4 cups) 1 T Butter 1 lb ground chuck 2 (8oz) cans tomato sauce ¼ t dried oregano 1 t dried onions 1 T parsley ½ t salt 1 c cottage cheese 1 (8oz) pk soft cream cheese ¼ c sour cream 2 T sniped chives 1T minced green pepper 2T melted butter |

Cook Noodles, drain. Sauté beef in 1 T butter. Stir in tomato sauce and spices. Remove from heat. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, chives, and green pepper. Use 2 quart casserole dish. Spread ½ noodles in bottom. Cover with cheese mixture. Then cover with rest of noodles. Pour on melted butter, then meat mixture. |
