Company Casserole

½ pound noodles (4 cups)
1 T Butter
1 lb ground chuck
2 (8oz) cans tomato sauce
¼ t dried oregano
1 t dried onions
1 T parsley
½ t salt
1 c cottage cheese
1 (8oz) pk soft cream cheese
¼ c sour cream
2 T sniped chives
1T minced green pepper
2T melted butter

Cook Noodles, drain. Sauté beef in 1 T butter. Stir in tomato sauce and spices. Remove from heat. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, chives, and green pepper. Use 2 quart casserole dish. Spread ½ noodles in bottom. Cover with cheese mixture. Then cover with rest of noodles. Pour on melted butter, then meat mixture. 

Refrigerate until ready to use. Bake uncovered at 375 for 45 minutes or until hot.
