1 lb. Ground Beef 1 Egg, beaten Cooked Rice Beef Stock & Seasonings 2-2 1/2 c. Hot Water

| Mix, beef, egg & rice - make balls. Brown on all sides. Add beef Stock & Seasonings with water. Cover & simmer 30-40 minutes. Thicken Gravy. |
